NEW TECHNOLOGY BEING TESTED NEAR STILLWATER MAY PROVE THE KEY TO PREVENTING FLOODING DISASTERS FOLLOWING A LEVEE BREACH. BIG FABRIC TUBES ARE PARTIALLY FILLED WITH WATER THEN FLOATED INTO THE HOLE CREATED BY A LEVEE BREACH. THE TUBES PLUG THE HOLE BECAUSE WATER BEHIND THEM WEDGES THEM INTO THE GAP.
