Our mid-August experiment in the San Joaquin delta included a calm cruise for 8 drifters testing centerline control along side one drifter testing the durability of drifter hardware. During its joyride, this drifter was subject to numerous water impacts, most notably being released from a boat traveling at 30mph while also thrown 10ft into the air.
